ABOUT ME
While attending Tile Hill College, I was elected President of the Students’ Union. I was responsible for creating a Sunday League Football Team and inviting well-known music artists of the day to the students’ social and entertainment events.
At the University, I chaired the Political Economy postgraduate club, where we discussed political and economic policy.
I attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, including Law, Accounting, and Economics, and then went on to attain a Master’s Degree in Economics.
After working in the brewing sector and then the construction and office fit-out and relocation business, I started my own company in 1995 and employed over 60 people. My company designed and fitted out major organizations such as Cadbury’s, Virgin, Linpack Packaging Ltd, W M Canning Group, and Regus Serviced Offices, among others. I inspired the expansion base of Regus by offering fit out on credit, enabling Regus the opportunity to expand and do its initial IPO in 2000 leading to its current market value of circa £4B.
In 2009, I returned to finance after witnessing several recessions in the construction industry, mainly due to a decrease in investment funding from lenders and/or punitive loan terms, with the focus on risk rather than growth. This led me to meet with global investors and introduce them to project funding concepts.
During my work in Switzerland, I was trained in the Global International Monetary Market by US Treasury Agents and assisted in introducing the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) into Swiss Banking markets, which were resistant to change. Switzerland is now a fully compliant country, ending secret banking.
I created Caerus US LLC in 2015 as a Private Hedge Fund to offer Private Placements for the trading of bank instruments and the generation of new USD through US Treasury-approved cash transfers for humanitarian spending to generate cost-effective project funding. Working with major G7 Banks as an external consultant to benefit my clients, funding plans culminated in major agreements for the financing of new film studios in California for Trendex Inc, new mega factories for Hyven LLC a manufacturer of hydrogen engines and clean energy vehicles. Also, the proposed funding of the Coalition of Hope Foundation to deliver humanitarian assistance and disaster relief on a global basis, in coordination with a coalition of nations and non-governmental organizations, in times of need and catastrophic events.
